New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2024
The fashion shows already done started from 7th and ended on 13th September. Let’s take first a look at what people currently wearing and after that we go into details for some fashion runways.
First of all you see in the video that the most women wear white skirts and it seems to be a current trend in New York. They combine it in the most cases with a colorful top or t-shirt. On the other site you can also see that they combine their outfits with a clean color like black or white. The guys prefer a mix of colorful elements and rather an elegant look with a shirt and a blazer. But also here you can see a tendency to create their outfit with clean colors in white or black. So both have a proponsity to a similar color mix combined with special unique elements to stand out the mass.

So I have created for you two looks for men and women, what the people wear in New York currently.
The first look includes a white skirt with a yellow cropped t-shirt combined with black boots and a black bag. Additionally some accessories like earrings, bracelets and necklaces. The other outfit for women is completely black with a dress, boots and bag, but with some jewelry combined. For the guys the first look is from the stylist and includes a pink blazer with a blue shirt, white jeans and the sneakers combined with some accessories. The second outfit is completely in white with a hat, t-shirt, trousers, sneakers and some clean accessories.

White, black, beige and brown color tones dominates the new collection of Michael Kors.
The new Michael Kors collection is elegant with a simple and extravagant cut. The main colors are white, black and a beige brown town for almost every style. The styles are also accompanied with some gold and purple colors, but primary the whole outfit in one color. Noticeable are also the golden ring chain elements as a belt, part of the styles or the handbags. Furthermore I can see some transparency with the black colors styles and many holes like tulle with most other styles. Of course Michael Kors is focused on women and presents many dresses in many facets as mini, midi or maxi. Furthermore are many bags designed rount like cylinder. Generally a one color outfit looks elegant and almost all styles are wearable for different occasions.

Many leather looks in black, brown or beige represented in the new Coach collection.
We see in the new collection of Coach a lot of leather in a long style. No mattter if it is a trench coat, jacket or blazer. Furthermore there are no trousers or shorts in combination or you cannot see it. The dresses for women are eather in black and purple leather or there are big transparent elements contained in purple, yellow, red or black. Also noticable are the black boots almost for each outfit. Men and women wear the same boots. As accessory they wear small handbags in black, white or colorful combined sometimes with small oval sunglasses. All in all a rock and roll collection.

Ralph Lauren Runway Show
Flower prints, nice trousers and beautiful dresses in black, white and gold catch the eye of the Ralph Lauren collection.
Stripes, glamour and sparkles are all over the collection of Ralph Lauren. You see at the beginning of the fashion show green and white color tones with flower prints for tops, skirts, dresses, trousers, bags and shoes combined to an elegant outfit. Followed by black and gold look combinations. Especially this summer trousers looks really great and will be for sure one of the next summer trends. Furthermore I can see outfits combined with green trousers and purple shirts or tops as well as vise versa. This is a really special combination and not for everybody I think. The jewelry is created really oversized and the belts are mostly in a cowboy style. Also some fringes and slits are integrated into dresses and skirts. I think the intention of the collection is a mix between elegant, bohemian and cowboy style. Really nice cuts for the most styles, some trend based items and in all a good combination.
