Conditions of Participation
Participation in the contest and its implementation is based on the following provisions.
§ 1 Contest
(1) The contest is run by GOOFASH, c/o Roman Kasischke, Barbarossaplatz 5, 50674 Cologne, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “GOOFASH”).
(2) Participation is free and independent of the purchase of goods. In order to participate in the competition, the participant must agree to these terms and conditions.
(3) The prizes to be won will be handed out in the contest in the form of coupon codes. Prizes are not transferable or interchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

§ 2 Participation
(1) All persons residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are eligible to participate. Participants under the age of 16 require the consent of their legal representative.
(2) In order to participate in the contest, it is absolutely necessary that all personal details are correct. Otherwise an exclusion can take place.
(3) All participants agree that their first names will be used in the competition. The participants grant GOOFASH the spatially, temporally and content-restricted, non-exclusive rights of use for any contributions (e.g. text, manuscript, drawing, images, photos, illustrations, video, audio) for marketing and use. These rights of use include in particular the right to edit the contributions, to report on them (regardless of the media, i.e. print and online), to publish them (regardless of the media, i.e. print and online, especially via websites and via the respective social media platform) and for use in public relations. The participants guarantee to be the owner of all necessary rights to the contributions.
(4) GOOFASH reserves the right not to publish contributions that violate applicable law, are pornographic or otherwise offensive, offend against common decency or are in any way harmful to young people or politically radical.
